Roundabouts
The new C Street/ O'Malley roundabouts opened in 2006. Roundabouts reduce serious accidents by some 90 percent compared with conventional intersections.

The C Street roundabouts have a larger turning radius than the Dowling roundabouts and an "apron" - a wide, red-brick curb that truckers can let their trailers travel over when rounding the turns.
