L&M Cure™

L&M Cure™ is a VOC-compliant, ready-to-use, non-residual concrete curing agent that penetrates surfaces to cure concrete from within. It is a water-based, clear, sprayable liquid that offers residual-free performance. L&M Cure™ is non-staining, penetrating curing compound over which toppings can be later applied.

L&M Cure™ is odor free and is ideal in enclosed vented areas where odor-free products are essential, such as tunnels and chimneys. L&M Cure™ can be easily applied to both vertical and horizontal surfaces. Drying time is a maximum of 4 hours and penetration up to 1/8".

  Sonosil®

Sonosil® is a clear water-soluble, sprayable, inorganic, silicate base compound for surface application to cure, harden, and dustproof interior or exterior fresh concrete floors, decks, docks, ramps, and pavement; to harden and dustproof new cured bare concrete; or to renovate aged surfaces.

Proportionate to coverage rate, Sonosil® will produce a light to moderately heavy-duty surface. It will also harden and improve the finish of architectural concrete after form stripping. Sonosil® is ready to use and does not require thinning.

A new superimposed hard mineral coating is formed when the inorganic silicates in Sonosil® react with the free lime and calcium carbonate in concrete, filling and sealing surface pores and capillaries. This reaction produces a finish harden than the untreated surface. Sonosil® is availabe with fugitive red dye to precisely check application. Protect Sonosil® from freezing. Compatible with most resilient floor-covering adhesives.

L&M SealHard^TM is a concrete sealer, densifier and chemical hardener. SealHard^TMis a proprietary, colorless solution that penetrates concrete surfaces to seal densify, harden, dustproof and waterproof. It is VOC-compliant, environmentally safe, odorless and easy to apply. SealHard^TM-treated floors are especially effective in protecting concrete floors subjected to heavy vehicle and foot traffic.

Through a chemical-ion exchange process, SealHard^TM develops internal bonds which densify the concrete substrate into a hardened, chemically-cured, homogeneous, concrete mass that resists abrasion, and reduces oil and water penetration. This chemical-ion exchange process begins after treatment and continues through the initial six months following application. SealHard^TM creates an interpore molecular filter that protects concrete from carbonation and, at the same time, allows surfaces to breathe, permitting moisture vapor to ransmit naturally into the air. SealHard^TM will not yellow, discolor, chip, peel or show unsightly wear patterns with use.

SealHard^TM is not a curing compound. Fresh, green concrete contains excess moisture that will inhibit the penetration of SealHard^TM into the concrete surface and its ultimate effectiveness. Therefore, under normal conditions, L&M recommends using SealHard^TM on concrete that is three or more days old.
