Colored concrete block will be produced in the amounts specified by the contractor, with no returns allowed. Uniformity of color in concete block shall be only to the extent that has been established as the industry standard in the Anchorage area. A restocking charge of 20% is applied on all returned block, except special order block where no returns are allowed.

An additional Winter Delivery charge will be added for Anchorage and the Lower Hillside from October 15 through April 15.

All transportation costs other than those included in the FOB destination prices shall be paid by the Buyer.

Free Unloading Time will be limited to 45 minutes. Additional unloading time due to a customer's request to stock or spot blocks, move blocks previously delivered at the customer's request, poor job conditions, traffic congestion at job site, wait for other crafts or general contractor, etc., will be charged at the current truck rate.

Pallets are returnable and refundable. For better protection, blocks are also available on pallets covered, banded and/or bottom covered for an additional fee. Covers and bands are neither returnable nor refundable.
