Since 1976, our sand and gravel are mined near mile 39 of the Glenn Highway in Palmer and shipped to town by rail.  The loading process starts early in the morning and takes about 3 hours depending on number of railcars.  The train is then sent on its journey to Anchorage to be unloaded at our Klatt Pit Terminal.

When railcars are loaded, they might temporarily block access to E Outer Springer Loop,  and E Herman Rd.

Check out the live feed to see if a train is being loaded.
